Cancellation Policy

Any reservation made may be cancelled or modified only in accordance with the following terms:

·         More than 30 days before the scheduled event date

o   Cancel to receive a full refund

o   Request a new event date free of charge with full credit for amount paid

·         Less than 30 but more than 7 days before the scheduled event date

o   Cancel to receive a 50% refund

o   Request a new event date free of charge with full credit for amount paid

·         Less than 7 days before the scheduled event date

o   Cancelations result in no refund

o   No rescheduling allowed and no credit provided

Any requested cancelation or rescheduling of event date must be made in writing to:

Any rescheduling is subject to availability of future dates; while the credit for future events is guaranteed (if provided above), the availability of certain dates is not
